Digital Government Committee built the CSRS app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by the Digital Government Committee at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Data if anyone decides to use our Service.

Data CollectionTo complete the SIM registration process, we collect the following data.
- Full Name
- Date of Birth
- Address
- National Identification Number
- Biometric Information (as required by the regulatory authorities for verification purpose)
All required data is essential to fulfill the legal requirement associated with the SIM card registration and ensure the security of your mobile communication.
The Use of DataThe data collected during the eKYC process is solely used for the purposes of SIM card registration and compliance with relevant regulations. Your data will not be used for any other purpose without your explicit consent, unless required by law.
Log DataWe will be using a third-party product known as Log Data to collect the data of our Service's user when there was a problem within the app. Log Data may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
CookiesCookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
